*Diets that include Nutrient information are lists meant to inform you of what nutrients you may need to find substitutes/supplements for if you use that diet. For example, if one diet is low in protein intake, you’re gonna need protein alternatives that fit your regimen.
REMEMBER: Cook with what you have! If you don’t have ingredients listed in a recipe, substitute it!! There are so many ways to make what you wanna make!
